Underpowered compared to website and main app. Unfortunately, the website layout on mobile is atrocious. That leaves us with no way to view additional data on a mobile phone.
I really was hoping that I’d like the ModMed application and EMR system. But there’s so much to be desired and a ton of work the developers need to make this a premier EME system. Basic functions on the iPhone app like Narcotic prescriptions can’t be sent on your iPhone but are ok on the IPad. Creating an appointment. Creating more starting a progress note. The iPad app itself has major flaws which I’ve brought to the attention of the developers as well but to no response or change. Wish they cared more about improving their own software. It’s a shame.
I use this app several times a week to check intramail, look up patient information while on call, check my schedule etc. Would love to have the ability to see and respond to tasks- this is a major component that is missing for those of us that use tasks in our office workflow for patient messages/refill requests etc.
