This app has had some updates that now allow you to at least access patient’s chart/images/clinic notes which can be helpful when not in the office. However, still has many functions that do not work. For instance, the messaging feature is not fully functional. I can receive a message from my clinic nurse, but if I click “reply” I cannot send a message back. Hoping a new update fixes the remaining problems.

Takes over a minute and several times of hitting retry to log in. Please fix.

I have used this for a year. I feel like it is very helpful and useful. Does it lack features? Of course but they are building new features all the time. Each iteration is better then the last. Looking forward to being able to do tasks etc
