I placed an order for groceries at 9 am this morning to prepare lunch for some relatives, including paneer. The app indicated a delivery time of 11 am. However, by 11 am, the order had not arrived, and the app still showed it as "order accepted." After numerous calls to both the app's customer service and the store, a delivery boy was finally assigned at 4 pm. After waiting for another 30-40 minutes, I called the delivery boy only to find out he claimed the order was canceled, despite the app showing it as packed. Even after further attempts to resolve the issue through the app's customer service and the store, the delivery boy refused to take the order. Finally, after contacting the store directly and speaking with a helpful supervisor, my order was manually pushed through for delivery by another person, and I received it at 8:30 pm. This entire experience was extremely disappointing due to the inefficiencies and poor service of the PINCODE App. I would rate it as one star at best, and it deserves zero stars for the inconvenience caused.
For 415/- order item, they charged 227/- as delivery fee Just be mindful here and check yourself once If a customer says he is having an issue with delivery charge, you are supposed to check with the seller and ask them why so much delivery charge (>50% of actual order) If the customer checked already with seller and the seller confirmed that there is no delivery charge laid on my order, then you should cross check who is eating up this delivery charge? Either you openly lie here and take up the delivery charge. You don’t call? You don’t have a support email? You don’t keep a connect between customer and seller? You don’t do care about above things because you are a money minded app support guy Rest assured this will be my last order and go away from this useless support app and pass the same through my ratings
In the times of two apps which provide food and grocery delivery, with errors of food not getting delivered, PhonePe has created a good ecosystem where everything is in one place. Neat interface, good cashbacks. Great integration between PhonePe and Pincode. There is some scope for improvement, however, the reach is good with all local grocery stores being integrated, the small shops will survive the competition with Pincode.
