I really had a very bad experience right now. I have some orders which are not being displayed in the positions and the order got executed successfully after 20 mins and so being in hold. The amount is not credited and the order is also not displayed in positions. I have raised 2 tickets with the support team and didn’t get any proper response from them. I have even called the customer care support, the call to the executive got connected after my 5th call and have waited for more than 15mins to talk with them. And the response i got from them is a technical error and we are trying to resolve it asap and till appear in your positions but they are not hiving any assurance about this. Who will be responsible for the money we have invested to trade? Is it our fault to have technical issue while placing order and you guys are not ready to repay my amount i have invested and repeating the same words, it will take some time, it happens some time, we are working on this to resolve asap. But who will repay me ?

There are some issue in conditional limit order, trade are executing before hit the price limit. Last Friday I was place a conditional limit order on 38 price but my order executed on 26. Even price didn’t gone above 30. Due to this my profit converted into loss. I faced 3-4 time this issue. And every time I exit with loss. And if you can add trailing stop loss on price chart would be grate for traders like in Dhan, you can see profit/loss or modify you SL on price chart itself. No need to go in order tab.
