For the largest pet supply provider in Kuwait, you’d expect a better app. It seems that they haven’t scaled the app from its beginnings to the level and volume it handles now. Despite always asking us to update to the “latest version”, there are still many glitches and bugs that never seem to be fixed. Items appearing as in stock but aren’t, being logged out at check out stage and the failure to capture payments either through Knet or Apple Pay. The app also needs to be upgraded to handle traffic during sale events.

App constantly glitches and won’t add anything to the cart. The website is also extremely slow at times, so it’s impossible to order.

I’ve been buying from petzone for quite a bit now and they’re fast, reliable and have good products. They deliver to other emirates as as well which works really great for me. The website is incredibly easy to navigate and extremely good. The app, however, crashes quite a bit and needs a fair bit of work. I usually just order off the mobile website (payment and everything works the same) but this app is not too bad, just needs some glitch fixing. A small suggestion: I wish there was a way to save my card details so I don’t have to enter it in each time.
