This app and service are entirely horrendous. The stuff you buy never matches what they advertise. Their policies are ambiguous and are not fair when it comes to deliveries, returns, or warranties. It’s safer to buy anything you want from a regular store that gives better warranties. I would rate this a zero to be honest but I cant’t. I would not recommend it to anyone. I have spoken to your customer service twice and they didn’t solve my problem so no thank you i’d rather delete the app and discourage everyone i know from ordering from sheeel. You don’t know how to value your customers because they are never right. As long as the money is coming it doesn’t matter i guess. So yes terrible customer service. You cant even file complaints and all the items are essentially from china but sold for triple the price and they look terrible. Never resembling the images. I even ordered a diffuser that was explained to me on the ad that was electronic and i received a MANUAL HUMIDIFIER. These services provided by you all should be examined thoroughly. DELETE AND NEVER AGAIN!
