I am so happy with 1-800petmeds they are a very loving and compassionate company they follow your pets needs for you once you order they never forget if you own another pet in your household the are sure to send each one a treat in your order every time. I own a kitty and when I order my dogs arthritis meds they send her a large milk bone also they both know that box and run to it every time it arrives. Thanks so much for reminding when things are due as I am a senior an forget easily. ❤️🐾🐾

I contacted 1800PetMeds for the first time and ordered a prescription for my elderly dog. They needed the prescription so they faxed the request to my vet twice in two days with no response. I called my vet and they told me their fax machine wasn’t working. I needed the prescription ASAP and the vet price was 50% more than PedMeds. PetMeds called my vet and received the approval and they sent the prescription express and didn’t charge me the upcharged freight fee. I received the medication just in time before a ran out. I very much appreciate PetMeds superb customer service. I would highly recommend. Thank you for being so professional.

I can log in online but I can’t in the ap. Upgraded my phone once all the data was uploaded I had to log into every ap and every account. Not my favorite thing to do BUT 1800PetMeds won’t let me. I even tried the email reset and never get the email. I need this ap have 5 dogs in my house 3 need meds and 1 is life critical. I need to be able to order when I’m on the fly and with confidence know that this fantastic company will expedite my order. Please do yourselves a favor and get this fixed. The company and concept are great but can be easily replaced by someone else with a better TECH team.
