Update: Alexa was wonderful and helped us solve the problem (somehow our account was flagged for fraud??) She was awesome and made us feel better! We were told we would get 10% off when we called back to make sure the account was unblocked which we didn't get but I am so grateful I don't have to drive another hour or wait a week for petco! Our cat had a urinary blockage so was prescribed a wet food, we ordered it. Almost a week went by and I not only messaged customer service but I also called them 2 days ago. When I called Saturday the woman claimed everything looked good and everything was confirmed and our order would be shipped out that night (keep in mind I confirmed my identity to 2 different people now). Today, they cancelled my order and their reasoning was that they could not confirm because I didn't answer an email. I understand they sent an email but again, I called 2 days ago and was told everything was fine. I now have to drive an hour to the closest pet store to pickup the food I need. When I called 2 days ago I feel like I should have been informed that I still needed to confirm more despite calling. I did order something else in between and it came fast so just make sure you always double check. My vet recommended them but from now on I won't be ordering anything prescription through them.
You can find pretty much anything you would need for your fury friend either cat/dog to even other type of pets like: birds, horses, reptiles, rabbits/guinea pigs and fishes. There’s food, shampoo, health care products, treats, prescriptions, and other essentials needs for you loving pet. The delivery service is great! It will alert you when it’s being delayed but usually it’s on a 2-3 day derive of delivery. Good deals to shop for and good automatic service. The automatic service is very easy to set up. You can change it as you please of time wise of how much you want it to be automatic on certain items. You can even cancel it if you change your mind. The refunds are easy fix. They will give you your month back and what ever doesn’t work you can just donate it to a shelter dog in need on the item you didn’t please you but could please others. That goes with toys, food to even wrong items being place on the order. There’s also promo codes given by your email to even in the mail. So be on the look out for those. There’s even e-gift cards accepted from chewy to even gift cards from chew (purchased at your local stores). They offer many other ways to pay your order as well. That’s including your debit card if your wanting to use as well. This app will save you time in hauling out heavy products to hard to find products as well. I think you will snout this much I have been using it for quite some time through the years. I know for sure your pet will appreciate you.
Guys, you are the HANDS DOWN the best pet supplier out there…..pricing, product selection, crazy fast shipping…I have never been disappointed!! But I have one small suggestion that has been bugging me forever, and that is the spell correction in the app’s product search function! I KNOW it has happened to me multiple times in the past w/other things, but I’ll use my tonight searches for examples…I recently bought something called “Chanca piedra,” made by the company called, “The Petz Kitchen.” Well, I wanted to look at the ingredient list on the bag, compared to a different brand, so first I try just “Chanca piedra” (supplement) as my search. I don’t see either I am looking for in what comes up (it does bring up some, but nowhere near all) and I notice then it’s because it says my search was for “chance piedra.” Then I remember, stupid spell correction- but think maybe it’s just because it’s such an odd name. So I try searching “The Petz Kitchen,” and scroll thru all that comes up, (@ 50 items) but it’s still not there. Then I realize it’s because it changed my search to “pet kitchen.” So in order to find what I need, I then have to go into the filters, choose that brand ….et voila! Now I have over 100 items in that brand. So NO TELLING how many things I’ve thought you didn’t carry when you probably do, because I didn’t pay attention that the auto correct changed my actual search. Please fix it!!!! Thank you!! (It doesn’t seem to do that on the website …..I checked!)
