I always order here for my pizza needs however at this location this was first and worst experience. I have never seen a Karen in person until I asked for help at the pick up counter and a very sweet kid was helping when he asked a supervisor to help find the order she started yelling at him unnecessarily . While I take no issue with the food i do with the lack of human kindness. shame on you Alexia for taking your bad day out on your employees
Very welcoming enough to deserve a review! Not something I’d usually do however when a team goes above and beyond to make you feel not just welcomed but acknowledged now n days it’s admirable. EXCELLENT WORK specially team member Desteny thank you for your kindness and patience with my elderly father it’s only pizza but the experience goes a long way when you’re kind.
Went to the PPP on Watson in Buckeye. Arrived 10min after my order should have been ready. When I approached the counter my order was not ready, matter of fact, it hadn’t even been put in the oven. Marciano was the employee assisting me and he got on it right away. As I waited for my order I observed him and he was impressive. He literally was doing the job of four people, and this place was packed out. He was manning the oven, folding boxes, putting orders in the oven, and righting the wrongs like a manager without even being asked. He has leadership skills that are not often seen this day and age. He was fast, friendly, and attentive. A great employee who turned a frustrating moment into a pleasant encounter. Give this guy a raise and promotion asap!! 👏🏽💯🔥
