I cannot log in. I changed my password by using forgot password. I received that e-mail to change my password. Now I can’t log in because I am not receiving the second e-mail to verify my e-mail. Tried this twice. What gives? I was really looking forward to using this app. Also, I did have an account but the lady at register said my phone number wasn’t correct when I made my purchases yesterday. (I had to do forgot password because the app said my e-mail address and phone number already had an account). Terrible app/system!
The purpose of an app is to make access to information easier by putting it all in one place. This is where the Chuck E. Cheese app fails; just about every app box ie. “Deals”, “Play Pass”, etc. is just a link that takes you to Safari (iPhone user) to visit the Chuck E. Cheese website where it then asks me to log in and set my location again. Those links need to turn into pages in the app. Also, for in store, if you want to keep the “ticket” experience for kids I guess do so. But Chuck E. Cheese should move to the technology Dave and Buster’s has where points are stored on the Play Card or at the very least have the option available. Personally, my children don’t care about the tickets and I’m just stuck carrying them during our visit until we are ready to redeem. Also, implementing this I’m sure will save Chuck E. Cheese a lot of money
I have to say this is by far the absolutely best Chuck E. Cheese I have ever been too!!! There is a group of people who really like seeing the children happy!! If I’m honest it really depends on what shift you go too. Because some are nicer than others but most of these people really care about value of the kids experience! Daniel really did everything to make my sons smile!! And every single person we encountered that night was just amazing!! Thank you!!
