I have been trying for over a month to enter payment information on this app. Simple put - it does not work. Don’t waste your time.

I love this parking deck but this app is absolutely terrible. I have 3 incorrect sessions created via the app in the past week - when I was not there - and 3 incorrect charges to my card. I cannot get any help from the office despite 3 voicemails and 2 emails. While disputing the first 2 charges, I just realized the app created a 3rd incorrect session! These incorrect charges are $64, $112, and $16 so not insignificant. I’m a frequent flier and Delta Diamond member. This parking deck is my best and most convenient resource but their payment app is terrible and their customer service isn’t helping.

This app does not behave like a modern app. I usually park at the ATL West lot (with license plate recognition) and can only pay for my parking stay when I’m in range of a BLE peripheral (yet the app has permissions to access my location data). If I’m in range of a payment terminal, it’s just as easy to pay there vs. taking out my phone to do it. The auto payment feature is nice, but I would like to be able to link to more than one card or tie a license plate to a card so I can separate business and personal travel. Unlike some of the off airport lots, you cannot use the app to prepay for your parking (again, this would be easy to do since, again, the app knows my location and would be able to add time/charges based on when I exit). Finally, when viewing your parking data, you are unable to generate a simple receipt other than taking a screen shot of your payment. This is inexcusable, especially with the amount of business travel to/from the airport. The app is easy to use but relatively useless. Waiting for further enhancements to gain parity with other location-based apps.
