Pros: finally can actually edit your vehicle AND tag. Old App was terrible. Also easy layout. Cons: makes you use another App for toll mode on/off! Why? And biggest issue with old and new App is WHY DO YOU NOT SAVE LOGIN OR SIMPLY GIVE FACE ID! That should be a requirement for any App these days. Come on! And BTW, the verify App you have to use doesn’t even link or use the same login. Totally separate. And you guessed it, does not save login either.

*UPDATE* no need to worry about support, because you cannon access the fields. They are covered by a warning about potential scammers. Seriously, tell us who this low bid contractor is so that we can avoid them!
Never mind that every time an “upgrade” is completed, we have to download yet another app, never mind that every time they “upgrade” a system, they are down for days to upgrade.
Now, they have limited the number of characters in a password to 12 characters in their app. My passwords have long been longer than that. Now, I have to change my secure password to something just a little less secure.
Thank you for decreasing my ability to increase security on my account by forcing a LESS SECURE password. Can’t wait to change! Will I get the dreaded “your password is already in use” I wouldn’t be surprised if I did.
Hope the interns didn’t have to review the project in their Enterprise Security class. (Or maybe it’s going to be a case study when the breach happens!)

Update: They fixed the password issue! For an app that I rarely open, it seems to do what I need it to.
For some reason, you have put a 12 character limit on the password field but only on the app. I can log in with no issue on the new website. Please don’t make me change my password because of a limitation that only exists on the app.
