Stressful arrival at the airport with no clue where to go. Had to ask for directions from long term parking. And then we had to drive out to the middle of nowhere. At least the shuttle was waiting for us. Not sure it was with saving $20.
I tried to use the app and paid for parking. The contact us information on site is wrong. The whole setup is confusing. I went to where the map in site said to go and they said it was wrong place. I was never able to find the lot and had to use the regular long term lot. Send email to find out how to get refund and no one replied. Good idea, horrible execution
