While dairy free pizza is available on the menu and honestly their dairy free cheese is one of the best available it is entirely unavailable on any in app coupon or advertised deal…apparently those with lactose intolerance are unworthy of such. I understand that this special non dairy cheese is probably a little more expensive than regular cheese yet other more expensive items are offered with the price posted in parentheses to let the buyer know so why not this???———Just frustrating to think I can get a large thin crust for $8.99, hope it might only be around a dollar or two more for the special cheese, and then get on the app only to find out……No, You Can’t Have Any……of that or any other deal. You can only get pizza at full price. Ever.———And why are all the pizza toppings in the dairy free section marked as dairy free? Of course vegetables and meats are dairy free, these are our main edibles as there is no possibility of dairy being in them. They are also the exact same toppings you use on all the regular pizzas. Don’t try to tell me you prep special extra bins of veggies that you then only get out when a dairy free order comes in as there is no guarantee you will use them all up before the go bad and there is no way a business can survive with such wasteful practices.———This is not like celiac’s where even a slight trace of an exposure to wheat on the work surface could actually hospitalise or kill us, thank all the powers that be. This is a keep the dairy cheese off the dairy free pizza so we don’t get gastrointestinal upset, mucousy, or migraines for the next 72 hours. Because those are unpleasant and painful, thank you very much.
In the Norfolk,NE store the supervisor she said she is was very rude and rather obnoxious. I bought a pizza, a jar of cheese and red peppers, I took the red peppers jar back bc the lid was broken it just kept turning and wouldn’t catch to lock the jar and if it had fell over the lid would pop off. Well Courtney I believe her name was told me since I left the store with it she couldn’t replace it, well you definitely can’t eat your pizza at the store when only half baked, then it was that I took off the seal, well you kinda have to, to be able to use it, right? It just kept going like that until I just gave up kept the broken bottle and turned around and asked the people behind me, wouldn’t a place replace something that is broken and they all said to contact support. Is it really worth loosing at least 8 customers over a $2 bottle of peppers? When I asked for her name she said it, I asked her to write it down and she said NO YOU CAN EITHER REMEMBER IT OR NOT!! As long as she works at the place since she continued to be be rude I won’t go back and I didn’t want my aunt to spill the peppers since the lid was broken bc she’s 80 and likes a few on her pizza it went to the trash and I bought her one somewhere else. There’s several pizza places here I don’t need to get hassled by a young girl who has a horrible attitude!!
