I discovered this app through the Tom Ferry show and decided to give it a try. I am thoroughly impressed with its comprehensive design. It’s incredibly well-crafted to ensure realtors can provide all necessary information to new clients. The app is extremely user-friendly—just input a few details, and you can instantly generate an estimate while showing a house to a buyer. You can also customize reports and send them to buyers immediately. Beyond buyer assistance, the app also supports sellers by offering property estimate tools for listings. I'm very impressed with this app. Definitely a 5-star tool.

Why limit us to only 5 stars?! This deserves double, at least. I’ve been using this app for years and wanted to finally leave a review to let you all know how invaluable this tool is for me in my real estate business.

This is a must-have for agents looking to be the expert in convos with clients! It’s the quickest way for me to make net sheets for my clients (takes like 15 seconds) and the printouts look so great!!! There’s so many different calculators (rent vs buy, extra payment, flip, etc.) and with all the social media content that I use this literally every day! This app is truly amazing and I could not recommend it more!
