One of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use. Everything from not capturing a picture of a check telling me to place it on a dark background when I have it on a black table to tell me my password is incorrect and making me reset it, then telling me I can’t use a previous password… as it was the one I was trying to put in initially. Absolutely frustrated with this app and unless I have to use it, I rather find the Chase bank along the way than ever have to use this app.
