Great app and remains the best financial tool on the market. One area of improvement would be to keep current data per user upon updates. It seems with every update I’m forced to renter my the costs specific to my area. Otherwise, keep improving.

Would recommend this app to any real estate professional! Easy to use & intuitive. Easily meets the requirement for disclosure of costs to buyers and sellers and allows an email feature to send reports to clients. Plus, the purchase includes a desk top version to use on your computer! Highly recommend.
