Mortgage Pal - Loan Calculator

I used other mortgage rate calculators when I bought my first home, but none were accurate to what I'm currently paying. When I put my figures into this calculator, I was shown exactly what I am paying including a breakdown of the PMI insurance.

Compared to other mortgage calc's (Iv'e seen), this is one of the best. Would like to see it work like an actual financial calc so you can work the figures different ways.

Me and my husband found this after our last time meeting with a bank and getting out hearts broken on a house that we thought we could afford. Well now we know what we can afford so when we went to the bank a couple of weeks ago we got approved for our first house. Thank you
