I’m using this to keep track of back pain which on some days can seem all encompassing and on other days I forget about from time to time. I have the app remind me every hour and then when I see the reminder I just record my pain and if I don’t see the reminder I don’t record the pain if I’m not suffering so it’s very, very easy. I love the reminders because I can record if I want to or not. Thank you for making a wonderful app; I love the graphing.
I was looking for something to keep track of a toothache. This seems to fit the bill. Simple. It's simple to make an entry. You hit plus. Then you can slide the scale to indicate how bad it is. You can add a note if you like, or not. You then add it and it timestamps the entry. It aso charts entires and you can zoom in to see particular moments, not beholden to a timescale that the developers have set. Perfect. I will probably only use it over a few days but compared to other apps I've seen, this one seems to be all I need. Thanks! It could also be used to keep track of anything with the timestamps and the simple entry process.
