I honestly love this camera! I use it in my sons nursery and it covers his entire room. I love that I can set a specific area (his crib) for movement so I get a notification when he starts to wake up without giving me 1000 notifications for general movement the rest of the day. It also has a setting to notify you about sound if you prefer. Then there’s the night vision option to keep on or to automatically turn on when the room is darker. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because their is a pretty loud click when the night vision turns on and off and if I have night vision always on it will randomly turn off and on when there is absolutely no change in the light (I recently made a “ticket”, I guess you could call it, to see if it can get fixed) and then there is 1 other thing that kinda bothers me. Every time I open the app it requires me to put in the password to login (which isn’t a huge deal because it does explain the “session has expired”) but if me and my dad are both trying to login at the same time it will keep logging each of us out, again saying the “session has expired,” until 1 of us wins the battle 💪 lol then it will let the other person login so we can both see the video feed. But I do love that I get a notification of another device logging and you can see in the log what type of device it was so you know for a fact who watched the feed or god forbid if a device you didn’t recognize somehow logged in you would know immediately. TBH I’m not a big “review writer” but I figured I should share why I love it… and since I always click I love this product, I figured I’d go ahead and share. Hope this helps y’all!

I’ve had the security camera/app for at least a year and liked it. I’ve been paying monthly for the cloud subscription to be able to see the motion video recordings. I updated my app a couple of weeks ago and now when I go to view my motion video recordings it says “no recordings found” even though you can see the recent video icons. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and was given a response to restart my app and my camera multiple times even when I mentioned I’ve already done this and it still does not work. I also have not heard back from customer service since I mentioned to them it’s not working anymore. Will give it one more week to see if they reach back out and can get my issue resolved, if not I will be cancelling services. It’s unfortunate because it was working okay before and I have seen multiple complaints of the same issue after updating. It seems like the company wants you to pay to upgrade to their pro version. I wonder if the recordings will work then? If so, that is not an ethical way to do business as I’ve been paying my regular monthly subscriptions and all a sudden I don’t have access to my recordings anymore?

My family and I absolutely love this app. Favorite feature is I can have two way conversation thru my security cam with my kids and husband. It’s also super easy to share from device to device with family. This app has made my family and I feel so much safer and has really made me feel closer with my family when I’m working and can’t be physically with them. I can pick up my phone and check in on them at any time!!! So many other great features as well!!
