i wanted a free, easy to track app for my workouts. this has worked great for me! i had some technical issues and contacted support. they fixed my issue within a few weeks and were very kind. i’d recommend!!
I have really liked this app it’s simple and better then others I’ve tried but I can’t stand the fact that the ai sometimes decides what’s best for me I told it no squats or legs in my calisthenics workouts because in the past I’ve had pain in my knees I told it it’s fine and is not it’s concern but Dave the ai wouldn’t drop it and even said no to teaching me anything until I proved to it I went to the doctor first of all what? This is not a doctor it’s a fitness trainer why is that a concern I’m definitely not continuing using this app if I have to fight to just learn how to do proper exercises.👎
