OGP Observations

will this app ever get a modern interface? this is like working in DOS. Why do i have to enter my username and password when you can use the apple keychain? this app makes a 5 minute process 15 minutes long do to the slow clunky interface.

This application is decent. It is handy when you are at the gemba you can submit observations right from your phone. Where it needs improvement is when you log onto the observation it takes a minute and a half or longer to load. It does not matter if I delete the app and reinstall the problem has been the same for the last two years. Another improvement would be for the buttons to be easier to get to. For example, the finish button at the top right of your screen. Sometimes I find I have to turn my phone sideways so that I can select it. I would say that this is a more difficult application to use, especially for the older generation that is not as tech savvy. Or if you have wide fingers, you will be in trouble. I find it to be easier to submit observations through the observation module from the AIC webpage. if you need to upload pictures, that’s when the app makes it easier. You can upload right from your photo album versus having to Email yourself a photo if you are using the web browser. Hopefully AIC will find time to look at their application.

Best app ever! So easy to use and very handy during off scene incidents. I recommend this to all companies who is an AIC Client.
