Officeworks App

The Officeworks app is currently experiencing major technical issues that make it completely unusable. Every time I try to access any part of the app, I’m greeted with persistent “Server error” messages that prevent me from browsing products, checking stock, or completing any basic functions. This is extremely frustrating when you need to quickly check product availability or prices while shopping. The app appears to have fundamental connectivity problems that haven’t been resolved, making it essentially worthless in its current state. For a major retailer like Officeworks, having a non-functional app is unacceptable. Customers rely on these tools for convenient shopping experiences, and when the basic infrastructure fails, it reflects poorly on the brand’s digital capabilities. I’d recommend avoiding the app entirely until these server issues are fixed. The mobile website works better as an alternative for now. Hopefully the development team can resolve these technical problems quickly, as the app has potential to be useful when it actually works. Would not recommend downloading until major stability issues are addressed.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I am tired of trying to access the Officeworks app. For sometime now (weeks, not days) all I’m greeted with when opening the app is a blank screen endlessly showing the loading sign. I have tried being patient - waiting for it to load, I have tried completely deleting the app - 3 times now and downloading it again - same result, nothing, I’ve checked my setting on the iPad which is a late model Pro, all to no avail. I live in a regional area so rely on online purchasing for much of my art supplies, I liked using Officeworks in the past, it stocked much of what I needed, was reasonably priced and delivery prompt, but unless something improves it’s not worth my time and effort.

I am giving this app two stars because it’s a nice looking app. However it fails on the absolute main reason it is there. To buy things. Every time I try to use it the cart is a blank screen and I can’t check out anything. (iPad 11 pro) I can however switch to the website and finish the transaction.
