In my experience, as much as the application says that the product is returnable or original, these guys do their best to provide excuses to not return. Had a hell of a time trying to deal with the Customer care service, which is lousy at best, responding in 3-4 days at best, and then singing like a parrot the same story that I’m not getting an approval for return/exchange. Worthless. Honestly, if you are an active person who goes to gym, you can be active enough to go down to a shop, verify your purchase with international websites and buy reliable products. Will save a lot of trouble. Thanks and regards.

I have received a product which seems to be used and the box of the product was also different, hence when i raised a complaint I was promised that a fresh product will be sent but it’s been a week now and I do not have any update on the delivery neither I have received the product. I have raised 2 tickets for follow up but din’t receive any response yet, I also tried calling on the customer care number several times but no one has picked the call. I am not sure if this app is trustworthy.

It’s been 2 years and I’ve ordered whey, pre workouts and BCAA mostly. Never found any discrepancy, always genuine and right price. Delivery time can be improved a little but it’s still best than other sellers. Overall, I’m satisfied and would continue to use and recommend Nutristar for my supplements.
