Very effective
The NOwNow consumer app is very reliable and super fast. Transactions are seamless and received timely. The interface is user friendly and there are a lot of free bee. Also charges are very low. I definitely recommend it.

Poor Service
I must say your service is too poor. I applied for physical card was the main reason I can on the app. For more than two week the response I get it that “the card is being worked on”. The last time I checked cards are almost instant. If I should walk into my bank I’ll get a bank card instantly just that I don’t have time. You guys charged N1000 for the the card. Well done guys, I made a big mistake.

Good
This App is good. Best in the App Store for now. However, there are 2 major flaws still. First, they don’t bother to inform the user when their system or the providers are down. Secondly, the contact pane that opens when you want to recharge is not alphabetical, making choosing your contact very frustrating and time consuming. There is no search feature either to simplify things. With the search feature, one needn’t worry about alphabetical arrangement. Please improve on these. PS. When you get alert after transaction, the beneficiary should reflect not you, but the number you recharged, for purposes of dispute. Thanks.
