Novelship - Authentic Sneakers

New online marketplace site to me. Hard to find and highly sought after items. The authentication middle step between seller and buyer that Novelship provides is what has been missing in secondary marketplace selling sites, particularly for high end items subject to counterfeiting. I do think this is way beyond “sneakers” and the the site name should just be shortened to Novelship.

Wont use again…The app seems legit. Their tracking, customer service and timing is awful. My order has taken over a month longer than expected. When I have gotten a customer service response it’s always: don’t worry, give it 15 business days, etc, but they repeatedly miss those incredibly long time windows and then just keep continuing to say, it’s slow. News flash: you choose your logistics partners and they are subpar. For large ticket items, this level of service and time lag is unacceptable and is markedly worse than the competitors

I never use these types of apps in the first place but I only used it because the shoe I wanted I can’t find anywhere except here in my size. I haven’t received the shoes yet but I’ve had friends who ordered from here in The past so I know they’re legit, the problem is they have a very flawed system. My order status went from delivered back to waiting for seller to ship and I’ve been waiting for an email back from them but haven’t heard yet. They don’t give you a tracking number, you just have to trust what they say on the app and that’d be fine if they weren’t backtracking on status so I can’t really trust what they say now. If this company wants to survive 2 things they need to do: make a customer service hotline so we don’t have to anxiously wait to hear back from them through email, and give us access to tracking numbers. They’ve lost me tho as soon as these shoes are delivered to me I’m deleting this app off of my phone, and I don’t recommend this at all unless you can’t find the shoes you want anywhere else.
