Upon activating my account and subscribing to the one year subscription option and incidentally also subscribing to an additional line for a whopping $20 a month. I have not been able to successfully keep the app up and running for more than five minutes. I have reached out to their Customer Service team probably eight times in the last 18 hours every time I click on the app it has the spinning symbol as if it’s trying to load. Although the phone numbers say “active” when attempting to send messages it says this number must be activated in order to operate. I am extremely frustrated and the Apple App Store is of no assistance when it comes to getting any refunds for apps that do not work.
My daughter accidentally subscribed to one of their lines. She had a 3 day trial and during that she had managed to pay for a month. The app didn’t charge my card til the 3 days were up. The morning it charged my card my daughter was out of town and I called them right away. Meaning the number/line was not use AT ALL after the free trial. I spent ALL day emailing back and forth and being sent to different agents for them to tell me it “was out of refund policy.” Which I get, but it takes them all day to tell me that?!? Why couldn’t that be handled in one phone conversation or one email. And they wouldn’t just say that either. They would hint at it, but they would never just say, “I’m sorry it’s not in the scope of our refund policy.” I think I probably have three emails from the agent after I said, “so I’m not going to get refunded?” She still wouldn’t tell me flat out, “No, we’re not going to refund you.” It made it totally bizarre. Clearly, they needed the money more than I did.
I subscribe using my second Apple ID and it now working on my phone instead it work on my second phone where my first Apple ID is, now my second phone is the one using the two number, if I restore purchase on my first phone it brings the two number back to me and when I text it says unknown error and it my subscription is showing inactive but on my second phone it says active, please help me out.
