Netspend Wallet

I have been a Netspend customer since January, and love the company. The new update is absolutely wonderful, and even more convenient and way better. Now, I can add a virtual card on my own if I accidentally delete it, or if I need to replace my card. The new app design is well-organized, and well thought out which is super nice! All we need now is a secured credit card option, and mobile check deposit option and we will be golden - hopefully those features will come soon. I still have my local bank due to the lack of features like the mobile check deposit but Netspend is such a good option! Happy to see a new app design, and new features finally coming!!!

Hello. I recently switched from a brick and mortar type banking atmosphere and I’m curious to see what the difference will be using an entity not officially labeled bank. I’m hoping the experience will be a bit less controlling. I will not share that experience. It was difficult. Cheers to what I hope will be a long and healthy relationship!

The customer service for Net Spend has been very helpful and understanding. I couldn’t tell you how much I appreciate their assistance through everything that I have been through! They are amazing and as long as you stay calm with them, they will be calm with you and they understand what all is happening and are very assistant on helping you to get Your situation resolved
