Nervana: Chronic Symptom Coach

Very helpful to me with my PTSD. I have struggled with this for 16 years and 2 years ago they finally diagnosed it. I was passing out every week and I didn’t realize that it was stress caused from my pass trauma. I see a therapist but they can’t help me everyday like Nervana can. I can just go to the app and it will give me help in how to move forward. I just want to thank you, Nora and Miles, for making this app to help everyone that struggles with mental health disability. 🐶🥰

I’ve dealt with chronic joint pain for almost 15 years and have tried just about everything. Regular doctor’s visits, tests, and MRIs, meds, rounds of PT, massage, chiro, yoga, myofascial release tools, and turned down a few different suggested surgeries and injections. I’ve achieved bouts of temporary relief but never too long, and regular flare ups. I’ve had supposedly fixed diagnoses change, get added, and get removed later. I’ve given up some activities. With Nervana, I’m optimistic that I may have found something that will relieve the pain or help me manage for the long term.

Such a life saver after every single medical treatment for my IBS has been ineffective. It never sat right with me that I would have to pay thousands of dollars a year for a quality holistic doctor—now I don’t have to.
