CM 36 pro
How do you launch a product and not have app support ??? Long time neewer user just bought all sorts of goodies during the mid year sale grabbed the 36 pro only to find no support in the app. Very disappointing…. :( please do better….

Garbage
Their product does not work. I purchased the LS-T22 and the unit would not work. I returned it and purchased a new one and have the same issue. I’ve called an emailed the company several times and never get a callback, never get an email back. There is no level of support. The product is garbage and so is their Customer Service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product and company.

Difficulties
Downside -Could not get an image on my iPhone 16. Documentation is severely lacking. No idea how long to charge, charged for 18 hours and battery was indicated as dead on iPhone with “on” light on device blue. Upside - Off chance I eventually tried on my older iPad and it worked fine. I have a 40+ year old 8” Celestron, device fits reliably. All Celestron filters I have fit the device. Weather has not allowed a good trial of performance and battery life.
