The National Bank of Indianapolis is the best locally owned bank in central Indiana. Hands down the best customer service, people, and products possible. The app is extremely easy to use and when you have an issue, they have someone ready to respond. If you’re local and need a new bank, this is a winner!

I use other apps that require a picture of a document. One that I use multiple times daily, detects the border of the document and AUTOMATICALLY takes the picture and it improves the quality of the document at the same time. The NBI app asks to tap the screen to take the picture. I had to tap multiple times before I was able to take the 2 pictures you required. The quality of the check picture could be improved. Other than that I’m glad I can deposit checks without making a trip to the bank. Thanks!

The ability to deposit checks virtually is so convenient. I am very grateful to have my account at The National Bank of Indianapolis. I always receive outstanding customer service from Melissa Warriner. She goes over and beyond to make sure I receive the best service. I would highly recommend this branch and bank.
