The maintenance team here at Alexander Village Apts have been great and stellar for the past seven years. I have been a resident here. Bechard, Tony, and Julius have been a great asset to this community anytime I need them for maintenance. They are there most promptly they take care of my issues and never have to worry about not having the situation resolved. Thanks again for a great maintenance team.

When I first started using MyBerkshire app, I supposedly submitted a payment for my rent, but it lead to someone breaking into my bank account. After closing out my accounts to reset it, my rent was late and my community didn’t offer to waive the late fee. Also, adding a bank account to pay it directly was disabled at one point which makes me it harder for me to pay rent when my community doesn’t offer us to pay the rent in person via check. It seems to me that the app purposely tries to make it hard for you to pay rent on time to ring out more money out of people.

This is the first time I have completed a maintenance request. I wish there was a way to complete several maintenance request's at one time, rather than having to start over with each one. The app works great, and I can see why they might get better details on the items this way, but it would just be more user friendly. Otherwise, very good app.
