I donโt say this lightly. Discounts and refunds were promised. Changes to our plan, resulting in higher fees, were made without consent. Calls to Verizon Business support โmysteriouslyโ disconnected three times in a row after requesting an escalation to the supervisor. Calls to dispute the charges were transferred from the Business department to the Consumer department due to โlack of staff,โ then transferred back to the Business department when they couldnโt help me, where account authentication โmysteriouslyโ failed repeatedly. I have spent hoursโhoursโverifying my account with agents only to be disconnected. I authenticate the account and have to get transferred. The next agent has to authenticate again. A TCC (Verizon reseller) agent moved our Consumer account to Business, which cancelled all our plan discounts. When I asked to dispute a charge, they said we were on our own with Verizon. They can sell Verizon, but apparently canโt support Verizon customers. Verizon is doing just fine financially; if they wanted to, they could adequately staff their Business department. But that is not a priority. The priority of Verizon and TCC is to charge as much as they can get away with and avoid any accountability for their actions. I say this as someone who is reasonably satisfied with their Verizon Consumer wireless account: Verizon Business is a scam. Avoid it at all costs.
Since getting our personal switched to business I have had nothing up issues with Verizon. I asked for my email to be changed as they put my husbands email under me and my email under my husband. I then called in and she โfixed itโ only to find out it that exact same Two month later. The rep also stated we would never ever (they stressed this) come close to using 300g of data on our router. Even after we told them we do zoom calls all day. We are approaching 700g each month. Manager was supposed to call me several times and failed to. I then had to go tot he store to get her number actually call her for anything to get done. The app says we have used zero data for the entire month while I get emails saying Iโm over my data usage. When I called into Verizon the lady on the phone told me ignore those emails that it was inaccurate and wrong. We then had a $1,000 Verizon bill!!!!!! I loved yโall as my personal cellphone carrier. I Absolutely hate yโall as my business carrier. The manager did take off the extra charges and Iโm appreciative but nothing has been offered to help the situation other than having to purchase another router. If I wanted to spend $500 on internet I would have just gone with at&t and had it ran to my house directly. I also have to redo the Face ID every friggin time I open the app. Whatโs the point if I have to log in every time to make the Face ID work but then go back to use it and have to redo it?!?!?! So incredibly frustrated.
This app could be really useful if the data it presents was accurate. When I look at the Feed it is always saying my bill is over due when it isn't. It even shows that there is a $0 balance right next to the alert. The Data Hub it tells me I have 48GB/28GB of data remaining. It's actually the reverse that's correct. If I drill into a line to look at individual usage the giant usage chart shows the total GB used collectively and not for that individual line. That info is found below it but at first glance is very deceiving. Either change it so it shows that lines usage or remove it entirely. When I go to Billing > History it only shows the amount for the most recent invoice. The others show $0.00. All of these "bugs" were found within a couple of minutes of poking around the app. I stopped because I didn't want to be disappointed any more than I already am. I waited a long time for them to release a Business app since the other Verizon app wouldn't support business accounts. I wish they would have waited to release it when it was actually useful. It's irritating when you can't trust the data you're presented consistently. I find myself questioning everything else's accuracy and I need correct information when it comes to making any decisions. I guess the only place to go when you're at the bottom is up. Get with it Verizon, this is inexcusable for any business, especially a technology company. People have options these days.
