The app no longer works properly to update your card information. I no longer can use the auto pay. I have called to make payments over the phone and they are not able to set up autopay, they can only take single payments. This literally takes the convenience away from having wifi at your finger tips. After reviewing all the other reviews, this issue has been going on for some time now and no changes have been made !

Every month when I run out of “unlimited” data I try to use the app to renew the prepaid plan for my car. I manually fill out my credit card information and billing address (because iOS’s autofill is not an option). And when you type in a number, the numpad does not even show up. You have to enter the number from the top row of numbers. I could live with having to type in everything manually if when I hit submit I got some sort of confirmation that the information went through and that my payment method was saved. But no, it returns to a blank screen, and the payment method was not saved. So then the next thing I have to do is call the customer service number and they are apologetic and usually also confused as to why it does not work in the app. They transfer me to a line specifically meant for making payments but their automated system ask for the phone number associated with the account, but this is not have a phone number. I tried to say the identification number for the vehicle, but that is not recognized. So then I call back the other number and tell them what happened and then they are able to take my card over the phone to make the one time payment. Last time I asked the representative to submit a trouble ticket.
