My Price Chopper

This app was great, easy to maneuver, could easily reorder prescriptions, and kept you logged in on your phone. Now I have to log in every time and for some reason it doesn’t work with the passwords on my phone so it doesn’t even auto populate. I have to call in prescriptions which feels like technology going backwards and it takes so much longer. The update has turned it from an app to an avenue to the website which is clunky. If they would go back to the original, I would only recommend getting rid of the shopping list because people think they are clipping coupons when they are only making a list of things to shop. No one needs the app or website to make a list for us. We can look at our clipped coupons or the ad which on both right here on the app. Bring back the old version please!!!

The new app is even less user friendly than the old one. They have hidden most important function within the app and put for easy access non important items ie. recipes. Both new and old app have ongoing problems with retaining log in info making it very frustrating when in the check out line. They need a do over or a different company to design a reliable app for the shopping experience

This app in of itself serves very little function, unless you want to check how many points you have on your “Chopper Shopper” card. The app doesn’t let you search for groceries, let alone order them. When you select/tap just about anything in the app, it just opens your web browser and takes you the PC website. Try selecting something else and the app just opens that same webpage, but in a new window. A complete failure of an app. P.S. Price Chopper: Please go ahead and redesign your online ordering website, while your at it. I have to go through more than 10 different pages, just to reserve a delivery time. Complete NOT user-friendly, slow, counterintuitive and antiquated.
