I use this app to punch in and out for my job every day, and it seems to function inconsistently. Some days it works well. Other days it logs you out, forcing you have to log back in-even after saving your password and/or using FaceID. My boss has told me to uninstall & reinstall the app a couple of times now (which hasn’t fixed the problem) and I’ve tried multiple phone restarts over the course of the months our team has been using it. Nothing fixes the problem. I have not personally dealt with their IT department to see if there is adequate help available, but from the everyday employee’s point of view, it’s not up to par.

This app has not let me login dozens of times in the past few weeks. I can't punch in can't punch out. Have to ask HR almost daily to fix my time card. This is very unacceptable.

Every hour i get logged out of the app, incredibly inconvenient for logging time when i have to keep logging in and reauthenticating myself. Fix your app good lord. Now i can no longer change pay rates on recorded hours without getting errors as well.
