With my new job I’ve been using this job every day as a technician. It works well and I’m sure is great for our secretary also. I would really like to see an update that notifies me of new jobs that are added to my schedule. Sometimes I’ll get a job in the late afternoon and not know it. We are supposed to make contact the night before.

This app is a money machine if you know how too use it’s many features and the many different ways Dispatch make life easier for a team or crew that’s busy enough too not have time for office stops it’s all on your phone your notes comments receipts mileage and customers can be reached with a record. Everything is logged and ready for its need. Pair this with t-sheets too keep track of your time and then you will be paperless and documented without worry. I’ve been using this app for 3 years and it has gotten better and yes if you don’t wait for stuff too up load then it don’t save. This happens in the country or poor cell service just use your regular camera app and you can upload later. That’s for making this better and better over the year continue it so we can continue our service in the modern way thanks🙏

This app needs some competition to get the developers doing something about the <delete item> key/button, which spans the entire screen and is positioned atop the keyboard. One accidental touch of the button completely destroys whatever has been entered into this field, which is used for description of labor or materials when doing estimates or invoices. There is no warning, no confirmation of intent to delete, no undo, no restore, no way am I going to use this app anymore - I’ve decided to have the manager and general contractor complete and send estimates based upon my description sent via text message. It’s their problem now. I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve wasted trying to enter data. I could make notes in another app, and cut/paste, but that’s almost as miserable, and is another distraction. Technology is supposed to make things easier, not harder. It would be easier to handwrite an estimate, photo the paper, convert the image to pdf with a scanner, send via email. And now I’m back in the Stone Age with Fred Flintstone and my eyes are crossed. Thanks a lot, developer ani. I hope competition finds this stinking app. I hope the developers encounter as much frustration and difficulty as they cause. Meanwhile, I’m looking for somewhere else to work - somewhere far away from this stupid app.
