My Genting

The app doesn’t give you 30 days to redeem reward points but instead archives points earned at the end of each calendar month. On the 1st May it’s already too late to redeem points earned in April. I reported the problem at my local casino and they passed it on to the appropriate Genting department and I heard nothing further. After raising review in the App Store, I received a developer response telling me points can be claimed from archive for up to 30 days. That’s how it’s supposed to work but instead there is a bug where (month specific) points are deep archived at calendar month-end and can’t be claimed e.g, on 1st May you cannot claim points earned on 30th April. The app support team then claimed they had no record of my month-end casino visit and taking part in a poker tournament and blamed the casino. The problem had originally occurred at February month-end and has since reoccurred at April month-end. For my visit and gameplay on 30th April, I’m unable to claim the points on the very next day, 1st May.

Downloaded the App. Its fine and easy to use. There is one glaring fault though. No info re live poker games that are running- or facility to put name on waiting list. All competitors either have their own system (Grosvenor) or use the Bravo Poker App.

I go in every day, get the points and the bonus points. Try and work it so the weekender and 2 weeks days are filled every month before they all reset, I’ve had around £140 worth of points so far. Cant go wrong with this app, free money all the way !
