A lot of people have complained about wins/withdrawals. Speaking from my experience I can’t complain. Iv had some big wins from small deposits and I also encountered a withdrawal issue that was resolved in 20 minutes and the funds were then in my bank 1 hour later, I’m not here to say gamble, but so far my experience has been pleasant. Started off well using this betting company but unfortunately went downhill fast i understand you never beat the bookies but with this company its the manor in which you lose your money they will straight up take your money as they did mine over £100 on a 20p stake with no features or significant win just in general no excitement for your money just straight spins and loss reasonably sure there should be some sort of win loss percentage they are supposed to adhere to but i cant be bothered to pursue it. I would avoid using them if you want a little excitement for your money as this bookmaker is greedy and clearly rigs most games. Use them at your own loss!

Had this app for a while, no issues. But when you do encounter issues and need assistance, good luck!!! They have a "live chat system" which is a joke, you wait for 20 mins just to be told no agent is available, happens every time I have tried. Emails - don't even try it!! I emailed nearly 2 weeks ago now and I am still waiting on a response, money has gone missing and funnily enough they can't reply... Had to write this so others know what it is like. Awful customer service. I am adding to this 3 weeks later still with my response from their so called support team!! They owe me money and still have not returned it such a joke!!
