They advertise TruConnect by saying “UNLIMITED DATA, UNLIMITED TALK & TEXT” which completely false. You get 10 or 20 GB a month, and once that runs out, you are screwweeedddd bc you can’t make calls, send texts, and you obviously won’t have internet either which is an absolute NIGHTMARE. The first time I ran out of data, I found myself stuck at my new house (in the middle of nowhere) with no way to contact ANYBODY and it was scary. If somebody broke into my house, I wouldn’t have even been able to call 911. I’m sure there are free phone services that offer unlimited data .. you should get one of them. Also, the service is awful. 19 out of 20 times, the person on the other line can’t hear me or it sounds like I’m talking underwater. Awful.

Not the best phone plan but it’s free so can’t expect too much. Have seen worse. Was able to redeem points for data once but nothing shows up now when trying to redeem. It’s an engaging concept if it can be consistent. Customer service was great when I had an issue one time. Not a lot of data to begin with so utilizing ways to earn points to be redeemed for data would be great if can continue to do it.

They have a option under “additional resources” called “ contact us to get 8 GB of FREE data each month” Well, I did the support fill out it takes you to when you click on it the icon and I had no answer after a week so I called them today to be told by a representative that “the government shut down that program a while ago” What?.. So why not take it off your page if it was “a while ago”? Seems like y’all need to get to updating your app from what I see in these reviews and what I have experienced today! Scared to try anything else out on the app! Definitely switching to something more updated and helpful🙄
