Overall I really like the concept of this app, it makes it fun and empowering to log your cycle. That said there are some improvements that definitely could be made. 1. It’s unrealistic to expect to be able to log in every single day & do a meditation in order to grow the dragon. I personally skip through the meditations. There should be other ways that you can grow your dragon like reading an article/tips or something idk 2. You can’t go back to previous days or view what you’ve previously logged aside from your period. If I log I experienced cramps, I can’t go back and see what day that was. Nor can I go to a previous day and log something if I forgot to that day. 3. Offer more informative and interactive tips/articles that don’t necessarily involve paying for the premium 4. Potentially offer an anonymous community space where people can interact and chat to a question. Or maybe a journal space where you can individually write out emotions or answer questions about your day/week. Earn streaks that way also.
I love the app! It’s the only one I found that’s kept me updating it religiously, but It’d be even better to be able to go back and look at past symptoms to keep track. I have medical problems that correlate with my cycle and it’s hard to keep bouncing through apps in the drs office just to give them all the correct answers to make sure my medical problems are either getting better or worse. I really hope to see that in a future update as that’s the only thing that’s keeping it from 5 stars for me. I also wish the dragon was a little more animated in app so you could see a personality with it in app, like if you put your symptoms as exhausted, it’d be sprawled out snoring, or if you put a craving down it have crumbs on its face/paws. I’m not too picky on animation though as all around this is a great app and the lack of animation doesn’t truly affect my rating.
I just started using this app yesterday after seeing an Instagram app. So far I love it! I love that it tells you a lot about your cycle, how to stay healthy, and manage your mood swings for free. Other apps tend to charge that as part of their premium subscription. I hope Musa will continue to make these features accessible like the app “Schmoody” does. I was pleasantly suprised to find out how motivating growing my little dragon is. I love the meditation feature and would appreciate some different guided tracks each day. Now the downside, this app seems like it is still in development. Icon images often don’t pop up for me - and at first- I couldn’t see my dragon. But I’m glad I stuck around. Looking forward to more updates with bug fixes!
