It’s really helpful to navigate in the fair with this app. The floorplan, brand list, magazine and coupons are listed inside. Ease of finding what I need and want at the fair, hopefully it allows messaging function for me to ask stuffs I’m not sure about. Overall really enjoy using the app.

It was a dumb idea to force people to download in order to get into the fair. If u want people to download please offer an optional incentive. I was rushing as my schedule got pushed back and I live 1hr 40 mins away so by the time I arrived there was only 2 hours left of the fair and I wanted to rush in to get everything I needed but instead I was stopped to download and sign up. I couldn’t connect to the expo wifi until later when I was inside the hall so I was forced to use my data to download n sign up. I hope you don’t continue this nonsense again for future fairs because I can guarantee ur app rating will tank to 1 star. Also the obvious use of ai in ur aunty phoebe ad is appalling. Such a big company like u cannot afford stock photos? For those unaware, ai art is unethical as it uses work from artists and photographers to train their program without permission of the original copyright owners. It is also bad for the environment as it requires a lot of water to cool down the data centres due to the amount of energy it takes to run these ai generators. The deals are good. Just bad marketing decisions.

I have no idea who came up with this utterly idiocratic idea to force mummies that is attending baby fair to download this app ON THE SPOT. It wasn’t announced beforehand. I went there 6 months pregnant, with a screaming toddler and an elderly parent all waiting for me to download this app on the spot if not i am refused entry. My blood pressure shot through the roof when my pregnancy brain forgot password and had to reset password on the spot, not forgetting the endless details i had to fill in. Please make shopping a more pleasant experience as the task of bringing a child is already a challenging one.
