ezbuy - Online Shopping

It’s so simple and lightweight. There are no handles or anything so it’s not best for holding.

I loved this site and have used it for years. Recently they’ve installed a new payment system and now none of my credit card payments are going through. Customer service is useless telling me to contact their payment processor - Stripe. Stripe is telling me they cannot help me because they can only talk to the business ie ezbuy. So now I have a parcel in their warehouse for more than 2 weeks. Useless

The customer service was good, professional and prompt. It was really friendly and helpful as well so I would not hesitate to purchase from ezbuy again and reach out to customer support. Easy user interface too. Thanks!
