When you click on a product to view its details under “Muji Shop,” there’s no specific back arrow to return to the previous page. The only back button takes you straight to the homepage, which is ridiculous… I wonder if the team has even tried using the app themselves 😂 My mood to purchase would drop if I had to go through all the steps again just to view the products.

I changed to a new phone and tried to login. Failed several times to reset password or login. Originally I login through Facebook and now not able to do so. If you don’t allow your customers to do so, it should be more user friendly.

One of the worst membership app I have ever tried. Is this app built by a kid? NO UIUX, NO QA, NO business sense, how can this app even be launched? I cannot login 1. Transfer old passport info to this new app 2. Tried to register a new account I tapped shop now, and it only redirect a new browser, not even a web view in app!! Is it only develop from the scratch within 1hour with NO budget?
