This year was my first time having an FSA card and I honestly thought it was going to be more difficult to manage. This app notifies me whenever I need to upload a receipt, and I can submit a receipt for reimbursement right in the app. Also, the receipt organizer is a game changer! All these features and more are accessible right from the home page. I high key love that I can log in with Face ID or a PIN. No more forgetting passwords!

Unfortunately both the app and the service are the worst I have worked with in comparison to other HSA/FSA companies. The app interface is highly inefficient - keeps crashing, repeatedly prompts to input PIN after just entering it. The Face ID login is not working so it defaults to PIN and the layout and design is not user friendly either. When scanning documents it is just taking a picture of the documen and background - not sophisticated enough to just scan the document. Clearly a choppy beta version and hopefully it will improve. Currently driving me bonkers. Yikes.

Neat, clean, functional, but it feels like something could be expanded on... I’m not a fan of how quickly the app times you out and makes you resign in, but then again, I do understand the security perks of that function.
