We have been loyal customers of DFCU for over 25 years. The staff has always been friendly and very accommodating whether we are in person or over the telephone. This app barely works and now thus update just completely locked me out of my account. Yes, I used the new password login format which by the way isn’t a recommended secure route. Hackers can EASILY gain this information and gain access to my upgraded account.
I really need a more mature financial institution. These problems always seem to crop up on a routine basis. System is up, then it’s down. Upgrades occurs then mass technology problems and access happen. Been on the 800 number for over an hour just trying to resolve a login issue through the mobile app.
How does this organization survive? Service and app doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
