Dannemora FCU Mobile

This app barely works and now thus update just completely locked me out of my account. Yes, I used the new password login format which by the way isn’t a recommended secure route. Hackers can EASILY gain this information and gain access to my upgraded account. I really need a more mature financial institution. These problems always seem to crop up on a routine basis. System is up, then it’s down. Upgrades occurs then mass technology problems and access happen. Been on the 800 number for over an hour just trying to resolve a login issue through the mobile app. How does this organization survive? Service and app doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

We have been loyal customers of DFCU for over 25 years. The staff has always been friendly and very accommodating whether we are in person or over the telephone.
