First New York has been my financial institution for over 20 years. I cant say enough positive about the over the top friendly staff and customer service I receive from my friends at the Saratoga branch. Thank you. They are always so willing to help with any matter big or small.

NOT FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS. You can only transfer money between your accounts 6 times a month. Then you have to go an transfer money at a physical location (hours away from my school). They don’t tell you this. The app works pretty well.

This app is easy to use and has just the right features. Uncluttered interface. I'll try to find fault but I'm not likely to find one.
I’m pulling back a bit because of an inconsistency between the app and the online account. When scheduling a payment there is no reflection in either. Schedule a payment on the app, it does not seem to appear on the website and vice-versa.
