I was a member before “Mister Car Wash” took over and decided to keep my membership and give them a try and I am glad I did. There was an incident where my card was charged twice and I went inside to speak to someone about it and Brittney assisted me and was very helpful, kind and professional. She assured me my problem would be resolved and it was. The money was refunded back to my card in a very timely manner. David and Chase have also assisted me with any questions I may have and are always professional and polite. Thank you Brittney, David, and Chase for being so helpful and for your professionalism. I truly appreciate it. Your customer service skills are on point.
Pointless website. Constantly having problems with it every time I have to reassign a new credit card (average once a year). I have 2 vehicles tied to the same card. Any info changes made on the website don’t seem to carry over to the wash location computers, so the staff has to redo it every time. If I reassign a card to one membership it cancels the other membership and only allows you to do 1 change per month! Since one vehicle membership is cancelled I have to get a new tag for it at the wash which in turn has to be added to my account on the website (by me) to tie the new tag number to the online account. Aside from the awful IT issues no major issues with the wash itself. My suggestion would be to not use their website at all for any services, do it all in person.
Only giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I would like to let everyone know just how awful this company is to its employees and customers. Firstly the management will fire employees for actions due to mental disorders from trauma as a young child. They will write employees up for the simplest of things such as “not smiling” and ultimately fire them for the same reasons, 1 week AFTER receiving a “most improved employee” award. Secondly they will willingly ban paying customers for “making an employee feel uncomfortable” by slipping a singular curse word into a sentence. The word was not used derogatively about anyone and anything in particular. And now, as the passenger in the vehicle when the curse word was used, who never said a word while in the car I have also been banned. When asked why I was banned the next day when going to get my car washed they could not give me a straight answer other than the fact that I am associated with the person who cursed. I understand that I may very well be banned now because I couldn’t control my mouth because I was upset, but at least this instance was due to my own actions. I have stayed silent on this matter for 6mo and this was the last straw when someone of the management could have simply confronted us to ask our side of the story and give us a warning on the offense, but no, straight to banning. This company and it’s management are hypocritical and condescending.
