Save Mart Supermarkets

Today about 3:15 3:30 were shopping there we usually go to the store off pacific and hammer lane in Stockton we we at the march lane interstate 5 store doing our shopping we stopped at the hot deli waited about ten minutes a lady apologized she had about 5 things she was weighting up finally a gentleman comes by asked if we needed anything we wanted the 10 nuggets for $5. Said they were out ordered the 8 pc fried chicken & then ordered 2 chicken tenders the gentleman customer service was not welcoming it’s like we were a bother I commented it’s only 3:3:0 and your out of nuggets was no comment we proceeded to leave and walked by the cold salads I had turned around had to call him back over he commented a bit rudely did need anything else we got some potato salad. Went home the chicken tenders were tender enough, but unfourtionatly the 8 pc chicken was tough and the very hard within 30 minutes of picking it up. We’ve gotten chicken befor from the other Dave Mary store never a problem and never been out of nuggets. I feel if you go to one store the rest should be close to the others, the staff at the pacific hammer store were so much friendlier

Why, WHY, why, why did you have to change the format, especially when I was just getting used to the format of the last app!!🤯 You’re only going to further lose more customers!!! (( I know THIS FIRSTHAND))!!!!!!! Especially here in this small town of Elk Grove people will go over to BelAir were they have a much easier app! Better yet just get rid of the app, this will make it soooooooo much easier for your looooong time customers, NOT HAVING A APP , makes the whole experience of shopping EASIER, FRIENDLIER, WELCOMED, than playing these stupid GAMES !!! I can’t even imagine how many customers HAVE STOPPED SHOPPING AT , it slows down the checking procedure, because your employees have to stop explain to the customer about the app, and how it works, and to tell them they need to go back home and figure it out themselves better yet they don’t understand it themselves, I personally have left your stores angry, frustrated just because the app is complicated to understand how to navigate it… It MAKES THE majority of your customers just feel unwelcome. Stop playing these games. If you’re going to change apps for whatever reason you think you need this too, at least you SHOULD train your employees so they CAN teach us SHOPPERS how to use IT the last time I went in I couldn’t figure it out. The employee told me they don’t even look at their apps, or even go into their app.🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 The bottom line give us a good ad without the FUSS!! Make Your CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND TRUSTING WHEN THEY WALK OUT OF YOUR STORE THAT THEY WE ARE GETTING THE SALE PRICE!!!!
