Office Depot - Rewards & Deals

I really wish they would the orders part of the app. Anything past a couple weeks old throws and error when you try to load the transaction details. To be tailored towards businesses and not have this critical information which businesses rely on for invoicing and tax purposes is a huge swing and miss. I should be able to see everything year-to-date without errors. Additionally y’all need alignment on how the Business Select/Rewards work between store reps and online reps. Online reps say it’s one or the other. Store reps say Business Select is stackable with Rewards. Getting 10% off toner plus being able to stack that with 5% rewards + the bonus 15% they ran last month is a huge advantage but when you’re being told two different things it makes you not want to buy because who do you trust? The Business Select page and FAQ are equally vague - up to 20% off: okay so what specifically are the discounts? I imagine it’s based on category. 2% is on the way UP TO 20% but doesn’t make it worth while. If it’s not stackable with rewards why is that not transparently called out on the FAQ? Lack of credibility does not make people want to signup for subscriptions because you’ll be equally as scammy when it comes time to cancel.

“Price Change Making It Right! “ I went to purchase an HP printer that was advertised on line for $40 less than normal price. However when I went to purchase the printer the price changed on the web site. Evidently prices are updated on eastern time I found out. I am from Alaska and was in Hawaii on vacation which is 5 hours earlier than eastern time zone. I went to the Office Max web chat room and complained. The customer service agent put me on a brief chat hold and came back and told me they would honor the price. I then received a confirmation number and was told to contact the sales department by phone the following day which I did. I ordered the printer and was told it would be delivered in two business days which I thought was great. My daughter was in San Jose and she just had her birthday and it was received on 1 day! A win win for all and a happy birthday girl. Lars from Alaska.

Originally had problems with ver 9.12 but were fixed with latest update to 9.13 !! Now there is no freeze app, everything working good. I kept the original comment for reference only. Using latest version 9.12 and iphone 7-plus with ios 12.4. I installed it, log in, use it and everything works ok. But if you are closing background apps by double clicking the home button and swiping up, the next time you open the app it only shows a white screen with officemax/ officedepot logo, nothing else, no even for a few minutes. The only way to fix it is to uninstall the app and start over.
